Leep Ring
This ring is like a unicorn. I wonder if it exists at all. I've waited months for it and most recently it was not delivered by Royal Mail. I set redelivery which never happened and eventually they told me they were returning it to the sender. At no point could I figure out how to go rescue it. I realize that's not a problem of Leeps making but it's certainly a continuation of the challenge of actually buying this thing.
So far so good - teething problems with delivery, but at this stage I'm more than happy with my purchase, it does exactly what I hoped.
The background to why I chose Leep - my smartwatch had been great at tracking my targets, but it was getting old, and also I was starting to feel it was driving bad behaviours and increasing stress levels. I still wanted to get my vitals tracked, but did not want the interruptions and temptation to keep checking for new messages. I had looked at various rings in the past, but those that did what I wanted, reliably, needed a subscription.
In jumped Leep - no subscription, heart rate, steps and sleep (I also have sleep apnoea and the ring is a lot more comfortable than a watch in bed!) - all with a week long battery.
After a couple of weeks usage, I would recommend - how it lasts over the coming months we shall see!
The Leep ring and app has completely changed by approach to my health and wellbeing, I now have full visibility of all the crucial aspects of my daily activity, sleep at night and general overall self. As a result of reviewing the data provided within the app, I have made a number of changes to various routines and already feel the benefits of both mind and body.

Early days: but its accuracy so far appears to be spot on… – which is the most important thing. The app can be a bit quirky (charts appear and disappear, it seems); but, for the price – especially compared to some other money-grabbing brands – I am extremely delighted! Tech support is also extremely responsive (out of normal office hours, too!); and extremely helpful. Highly recommended.
